RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Return and Cancellation Policy governs the return and cancellation terms for purchases of digital services offered through yolat.co.

1. QUALITY OF SERVICE

Services offered via yolat.co:

  • E-commerce integration software

  • Marketplace integration links

  • Stock, order, and product synchronization systems.

  • Shipping and accounting integrations

  • Software usage licenses

These are digital and instantaneous services.

These services do not involve the shipment of a physical product.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to legislation on distance contracts, for services performed instantly electronically and digital content, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the service begins.

The user acknowledges during the purchase process that the service is digital and that the right of withdrawal does not apply in this context.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • If the integration setup has been started

  • If a user account has been created and access to the panel has been granted

  • If API connections or marketplace connections have been made

  • If the software has been actively used

Because in these types of services, technical setup and resource allocation begin immediately.

4. EXCEPTIONAL RETURN CIRCUMstances

A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the service has not yet been activated

  • If the user has never logged into the system

  • If the technical installation has not been started

In such cases, the refund request will be subject to technical review from the date of application, and if deemed appropriate, a refund may be issued.

5. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

In the event of a technical problem that is not user-related and causes the system to malfunction completely, technical support will be provided first. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be considered.

Applications containing incomplete information may not be processed.

7. RETURN PROCESS

Refunds approved for certain payments are sent back to the user via the same method used for payment, typically within 7-14 business days. Yolat.co is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment institutions.

8. POLICY CHANGES

yolat.co reserves the right to update this policy in accordance with legal requirements or changes in the terms of service. The updated text will be effective from the date it is published on the website.
